Sims 3 Underground Basement Garage Tutorial (Correct Way)

I was messing around yesterday with the basement technique to make three floors at the back of my house and 2 at the front (building shown in first part of bridge tutorial) and then I found a Sims 2 Underground Garage Tutorial, so I thought why not try on Sims 3.
