Repair works activate at Malindi bridge

www.ntv.co.ke The government has warned truckers using the Malindi bridge to stay within the weight limits or risk being stopped from using that road. The El Nino rains swept parts of the bridge away last month(October).

New Hoover Dam Bridge (February 2009)

Here is a short clip on the progress at the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge. (2/24/09) The construction of the bridge over the Colorado River, on with the construction of the twin 1060-foot concrete arch rib. The bridge over the Colorado River is the central part of the Hoover Dam Bypass Project. The construction of almost 2000 meters long bridge began in late January 2005 and the completion of the entire Hoover Dam Bypass Project is scheduled for June 2010.
